When you go to a fast food shop usually the shop assistant always ask if you want to bring the foods home or you want to eat inside the shop. And they will usually ask like this" Eat in or take out?" Is this right? Or do you use " For here or to go?"Which is right and which is better?

  1. Usually, the only time i hear 'eat in or take out'

    are in chinese/japanese restaurants.

But fastfood restaurants like burger king, mcdonalds,

say 'for here or to go.'

I've never heard them say anything else.

Both are correct things to say,

but if you want to stick to the usual,

then use 'for here or to go'

  2. for here or to go

  3. Eat in.

  4. Eat in...

  5. Eat in

  6. i like to eat in side the shop personolly i think that that way is the right it for here or to go

  7. In my area they always ask "for here or to go".

I guess it just depends on what the person prefers.

There is no right or wrong in my mind.

  8. they both mean the exact same thing... and lets be honest, some (not all) of the people that work at fast food places have the iq of a rock. give em a break. dont be picky

  9. I'm in the Midwest, and they usually just say "Is that To Go", but I order at the Drive-Thru so they never ask.  I like to bring my Fast Food home and eat it with my own Diet Pepsi.  I don't like pop/soda from Fast Food places.

  10. It depends on what type of seating thats available in that food store/restaurant.  If I was in a rush or if there were too much people around then I would just eat it at home. So take away.

  11. i would rather eat in
