Taking Balanced B-50 Complex?

im 22 m..im depressed and always tired..and i got a balanced b-50 complex..the only side effects ive read about our possible flush red feeling from the niacin and also neon colored urine from one of the others..so heres the questions first if i do get that flushed feeling is that something to worry about or can i keep taking it?..and if i keep taking it will my body eventfully get use to that and that wont happen?...also is there anything else i should know when taking this ,side effects or things to look out for that i should stop for?

  1. The niacin flush is nothing to worry about and most people do acclimate to taking niacin. Just be sure that you are not taking more than the recommended dosage. B vitamins are really great for balancing hormones. If you need any other support with managing depression you might look into Emotional Freedom Technique. B vitamin is very good for you and the flush feeling should just be followed by some nice cool water as well as drinking plenty of water with the vitamins.  Also you should look this up on any MD med site, but vitamins work much better with other vitamins. You should be taking a c with your b.

  3. The flush is from niacin zipping through your bloodstream, hardly something to worry over.  Often when it's part of a complex (as the "balanced b-50"), it doesn't have any noticable effect when it breaks down and goes to work.

    Typically, there are no side effects to taking B vitamins.  Have some water with it.

    I wouldn't stop for anything.
