Taking Dogs over Country Borders?

Question

We are moving to Moscow, Russia at the end of October. I was wondering if there would be any licensing issues taking a puppy and one of my other dogs over.

Does anyone know any information?

I never did that but I know people that have go to other place. I thing they put your dog in quarantine ,If your are moving there it's worth it ,I would ask your agency
