Taking Hydroxyzine and Minocyclin together?

Hi, I was wondering this. I was on medication for Minocyclin that my dermatologist prescribed for me. But then after a week I got a rash which got checked out by the doctor. He said it shouldn'tbe from the antibiotics. He prescribed for me Hydroxyzine for the rash. So, is it ok to take the 2 together or should I wait till my rash is gone and then take the Minocyclin again. Would taking Minocyclin after my rash heals make it less effective as o have taken it everyday? Thanks for your help!
