Taking Valerian ROOT pills??

Question

Its my frst time taking them i want to get a good night rest....

Would i feel weird once i take them like reallllllly srowsie or a good sleepy feeling ?hahah

I'm a big fan of Valerian, quite frankly, you should get a very good sleep, so long as the maker of the Valerian root is a reputable brand and you should ideally get a good sleepy feeling and hopefully a good night's rest.  Valerian's been around an awfully long time and when used appropriately is a good and effective sleep aide.

N.B.:  Keep the Valerian away from any cats if you have them... It smells terrible but cats go nuts when they smell it, and I don't know how safe it is for them, so just be careful you don't mess the cats up with the Valerian, I don't know what possesses them to enjoy this smell, but they go bonkers with it.
