Taking laptop to school.?

Okay, so I'm in honors english and we have to write a story. The story in question is currently on my MacBook and even if I don't use it there...should I take my MacBook to school? It's not against school policy and I plan on locking my bags and lockers...suggestions?

Depends, I know that if I brought it to my school, no matter where I placed it, I would not have it back

I agree - if you bring it, keep it with you at all times.  It's not large, so it won't be inconvenient, and it's a lot better than having your locker broken into.

do not lock it up. keep it with you at all times. my friend took his laptop to high school but he always carried it. some schools just aren't safe enought to leave it in your locker. i've had things stolen out of my locker and there are ways to break into them.
