Talk Talk Wireless Router

Question

I already have a laptop set up on my Phillips (Talk Talk) wireless router.(SNA56ONS/05) My laptop uses Windows XP.

I have now bought an additional laptop but this utilises Windows Vista. Having spoken with TalkTalk, they say that i will have to contact Phillips direct for them to configure my router?

Can you advise what i should do without trying to contact Phillips? I have looked on their website to see if there are any downloads available for my model, but i cannot see it listed.
