  1. I'm sorry, what's your problem?

  2. Thats fine and thats what youre supposed to do. Youre not supposed to keep the same tampon in for more than 4-6 hours.

  3. Never if you can help it keep a tampon in longer than 4 hours. To do this you are at risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome. But not a problem to change it straight away after removing one.

  4. That is absolutely not true. It depends on how heavy you flow that. You change it as often as you would a regular pad. However you are not supposed to leave it in at night. The reason for this is you can develop toxic shock syndrome. This is from having a foreign object in your body for too long. And you do have to be careful to remember to remove it. I know females who have left it in and forgotten about it. The foul odor is what brought them in to the gyno's office. It is dangerous. You can actually die if it is left in too long. Just make sure you remove it at night and don't forget it's in there and you will be fine.

  5. That would be fine.  The reason you're supposed to change them every few hours is so bacteria don't have a chance to build up.  If you're putting in a new one it is clean and thus gives you another few hours of protection before tossing it for another new one.

  6. That's fine. What's important is that you just replace them.

  7. thats fine as long as you dont wear the same one for too long.
