Tapas Question!?

ok for extra credit in spanish class i need some tapas foods with directions. also i need to say what i would name my tapas resturant if i had one, any suggetions on foods and name of a resturant?

you could make a tortilla which in spain is sort of an egg omlette made with onions or cebollas and potatoes or papas. its really easy to make and you can find it anywhere in spain. tapas are not any appetizer you'd find in the US, instead in spain you would order 3 tapas as your meal 3 little tastes of three different things. they could be seafood, croquettas, tortilla, y mas. people go to bars late at night like 11 and order their tapas and a drink for dinner. spent some time in spain for my birthday last year

I love tapas...there are a few tapas places, here where I live.

Some menu items are.

Porkloin medallion

Fry dumpling

and fry chicken meats

Tapas could be any type of appetizer served in the U.S. ...I visited Spain and they served , Bull testicles, chicken necks and cow tripe

Some good names are...Casa de Jose

                                            Yo soy Tapas

                                             Tapas de Pato

The name could be : LAS TAPAS

Queso Fundido: melted cheese and sausage grilled and you eat with a fork.

Shrimp A Mojo de ajo:  Shrimp grilled in butter and garlic

remember in Spain the tapas are small dishes with appetizer type amounts
