Tator tot casserole??

Does anyone know of a easy tator tot receipe that calls for sour cream and cheddar cheese???

Tator tots, cooked hamburger, can of veggies, cream of mushroom soup bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. and then add 1/2 pint sour cream and top with shredded cheese and finsh cooking for another 15 mins or so.

1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange tater tots in the prepared baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheese, and mushroom soup. Pour this mixture over the tater tots. Sprinkle onions over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

Just use chili, mix in some sour cream and corn. Top with the tots and then some shredded cheeder cheese.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE

2 lbs. frozen tater tots, thawed

1 pint sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. melted butter

1 tsp.plain or seasoned salt

1/4 c. chopped onion

2-3 c. crushed cornflake crumbs

Mix all ingredients together, except cornflake crumbs and 1/2 c. butter.  Line a 9x13" buttered pan with potato mixture.  Top with 1/2 c. butter and cornflake crumbs.  Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350.  Can be made ahead and refrigerated ... serves 6-8
