  1. I think that If the scars are flat and almost colorless its okay to  tattoo over them its just skin forming over.hope you get an awesome tat!:D

  2. Honestly, it depends on how deep the scarring actually is. I think your best bet would be to ask the artist who is going to tattoo you. Tattooing over scar will make the healing process a little bit longer, so certain artists will make you wait longer before doing any work on top of them.

My personal guess would be a couple of months. You won't have to wait too long, but I got a scar in an already existing tattoo, and to cover it up, I was told to wait a month. Mine wasn't too bad or anything, but it depends on a lot of things. In my opinion, I think since your newest scar is from 2 and a half months ago, you should be okay to get one done now, but like I said, the artist will know a lot better once looking at and feeling the scars.

    Good luck!

  3. even though u think that ur scars aren't going to heal or fade anymore, wait a couple more months and they'll improve loads. also at that point, if u r still uncomfortable with their appearance, it'll b fine to get a tattoo.

  4. I think you should wait until they are fully "settled" (2 or 3 months).
