I love drinking tea while I'm studying, and I was wondering if there was any difference between different teas as far as increasing concentration, caffeine level, etc. I usually drink either earl grey or black tea with mango.

  1. studys have shown that peppermint helps the brain retain information

  2. Whenever I had a big exam, I liked to relax and unwind afterward with a cup of hot Vanilla Chai! Linda for Bigelow

  3. black teas are higher in anti-oxidants and caffine than green teas.  White tea is generally the most mild flavor and has the least anti-oxidant content.  Chai tea has one of the highest caffeine levels, although it's also higher in calories when you add the milk and sugar.  Earl Grey is not quite as high in caffeine as most breakfast teas, but it does have a nice flavor, and every manufacturer has a different mix for Earl Grey.  Here's a fun fact for you, black tea is fermented green tea prior to dehydration.
