Teacher Forced Resignation Question?

Female teacher goes on Howard Stern show and wins prize for Hot Wife, Ugly Dude contest. She resigns claiming pressure from admins after the appearance.

My question is, does this woman deserved to mocked for her stupidity or rewarded for it.

Mocked.  Teachers are supposed to be examples; they teach and lead.  She wants to go on Howard Stern, get on a sexual show, and then come back and expect to have the same positive influence she had before?  No, no no.  Mocked, definately.

She is stupid to do such thing when she holds position as  teacher; however, she did not enetr a nudity contest or anything immoral and therefore should be rewarded for it. The admin was wrong as was she for caving in. she should have sued them and won. This is free country. Now, if she had gone on there and did something immmoral, or sexual innappropriate that would be different, but she did not. People are too uptight. Many teachers have s*x with students and never get caught. Many bosses have affairs in office with workers and never get caught and even when they do, never resign.

She shouldn't be fired for being on the Howard Stern show, but rather for lying and denying her students a day of education for extremely superficial reasons. Who cares if she was wearing a bikini? If you live near the beach you run the same risk of seeing a teacher wearing one. It's the fact that she neglected her students to go talk about how ugly her husband is, and lied about where she was. She sounds like she wasn't much of a teacher anyway. It's probably not that big a loss for the children.
