  1. Get some alphabet stencils in the size you want,

choose fabric paint color, use painter's masking tape to secure the stencils and then color away

with the fabric paint. If you can't find any fabric paint then use acrylic paint mixed with fabric medium. But first wash the tee shirt and don't use

any fabric softener so the paint will adhere to the shirt. Also put some wax paper inside the shirt

to prevent the paint from bleeding through to the

    back.

  2. Draw the letters on and then paint with fabric paint. Place cardboard in between the layers to prevent paint bleeding through.

  3. I have done that  using my die-cut machine (Sizzix).  If you know any avid scrapbookers, find out if anyone has a Sizzix machine and alphabet dies.  Or you could check some scrapbooking supply stores that may let you use theirs if you buy something and are really nice to them.
