Teen moms! regret having kids young?

how old were you when you had your first baby? do you regret having your first baby young?

i was 16 when i had my first child. i realy regret it. i felt like i hadent looked after my baby properly. i went out clubbing and partying sometimes.

but now shes 12 shes turned out okay and gets along with her 5 little brothers and sisters well!!

My mom was 23 when she had me. She married my dad when she was 19 and had to drop out of college because her parents stopped paying her tuition. (Their motto is if you're responsible enough to get married, you can pay for your own education.) She's always mentioned how she thought it was a huge mistake to get married, when she should have stayed in school.

She always tells me that if I fall in love while I'm in college, to wait it out. She says if he really loves me then he'll wait until I finish my education. (It's not like we can't be in a serious relationship until I finish)

But I don't think she ever regretted having me so early. When they got divorced she kept herself occupied with me and when I was in grade school she went to community college and now she has a really really good job that pays very well.

I was 15 and yes I do regret having a baby at that age...it was the hardest thing I ever had to do and wouldnt suggest anyone having a baby that young

I was 16 years old when I had my daughter. She's 5 months old now, and no I do not regret anything. The reason I don't regret the things I do, even something as big as that, is because I'd never done it, I wouldn't know half the things I know now. And sure my boyfriend and I have to work a little harder, push ourselves a little more, it's all worth it at the ened of the day when we can see our little angel smile back at us, and know that someday she'll be calling us Mommy and Daddy. It's all worth it in the end. ♥

i just had my baby at 16(17 now) hes three months and i love it yes its hard and it would have been better if we waited a few more years but me and my boyfriend are still together and doing on line schooling so i guess no i don't regret it i love it even though it is SO hard at times=)
