Teenage emancipation?

Okay so my girlfriend is 16 years old and can't stand living with her sister and her mom doesn't care. She really just wants to get out of the house and come live with me to make things easier. She is pregnant so i don't know if that could help us in anyway. Does anyone know what we could do?

In most states she can be emancipated at that age,but both parents must sign the emancipation document and it shouldn't cost more than 200 dollars.
