  1. You Should try to see a dentist it sounds like you have a gum or a tooth infection. If you Absolutley cant see a dentist try to go to a drugstore and get some antibiotics i know that in alot of places you can get over the counter medicine with out perscription but be careful and get better :)

  2. If you have been throwing up, the acid from you stomach could make your teeth sensitive, it can strip the enamel off your teeth.  If you are using a whitening tooth past or tarter control tooth past, that also can make your teeth sensitive, I suggest you get sensidyne toothpaste.

  3. I think the stomach virus and fever are coincidental to the new pain in your bottom teeth, although the illness may be making your entire body hypersensitive.

If you are brushing the edges of your gums crossways three times a day, especially with toothpaste, it may be more than they can take and they have begun to recede slightly. Below the gumline are the roots of the teeth, which are sensitive as they not covered with enamel.

Gums thrive on stimulation, but they should be massaged with a clean finger after brushing the teeth mostly up and down. You can brush the gums a bit with the brush, but be fairly gentle about it and be sure to rinse all the toothpaste off them.

    Toothpaste can be an irritant.

Try using toothpaste only in the morning and at night, and using only tap water the rest of the times you brush your teeth.

If you have mild gum recession from overbrushing etc. and you correct that your gums can grow back.
