I just received a telephone call from who i dont recognise the number.Is there anyway i can find out the name to this number ? Without calling it back?

There are free sites.

If it's a cell number, you won't get the ID.

Not really. Data protection laws prevent you from getting their name with just a phone number.

I found a site that may help. Do a search for "whocalledus" .Many people will add the phone numbers to try to find out who is calling such as telemarketers,etc.
