Tell Me About Your Dreams :)?

Question

Ever had a strange nightmare that came true? A repeating dream that you eventually found out had a meaning? Tell me your dreamssssss :)

Yeah, had a dream once about something that had already happened in real life... Only thing is that I didn't find out that it had actually happened until the day after I had the dream.

Also... I had one of those dreams last night where you wake up and something strange happens while you're lying in your bed, then you realise that you're still dreaming, then you wake up again, another weird thing happens and you realise that you're STILL dreaming... Then you wake up again and it takes you about a minute and a half to work out if you're still asleep. I thought that only happened on TV shows!

i had a dream that my school was flooded, but in the middle of the football pitch there was a goalpost that was on fire

somebody asked me to go and get the ball near it, so i did, and my heel got burnt, and it hurt like h**l.

i woke up in the morning and found a horrible burn/scab on the back of my heel.

this was when i was about seven :P

I have all kinds of funny dreams...

Don't laghf but when I was littel I dremt I was having a dump and the poo was hooked shaped... I found my self very weird... then I had a dump at school and I looked down, because it was a long day, and BAM hooked shaped!

But now I just dream about people on fire and sadistic stuff and wake up laghfing! And for some reeson in my dreams if ever I see the sky, it has a crack in it, like if it's glass.

"START WITH YOURSELF"

When i was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.

But it, too, seemed immovable.

As Igrew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.

And now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed my self first, then by example I would have changed my family.

From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world.

"I don't know the key to success but the key to failure is trying to please everyone!"

This is not a nightmare but it was a recurring dream that i always had as a child.

I would dream that i had woken up, went downstairs to use the toilet, after i flushed it water would come down from the ceiling and flood the whole bathroom, the water would drain away and after it did i ended up on a beach with dinosaurs (the ones with the long necks), on the beach there were also caves and cliffs.

Suddenly the the weather would turn nasty, the sky went grey and purple, it would start raining and the tide came in, one of the dinosaurs would let me hold onto its neck and take me into the sea, once it was in the sea i would lose my grip on its neck, once that happened the sea would drain away and i would end up back in my bathroom again, with the last of the sea draing away, once the water was completly gone i would go back to my room and fall asleep.

As soon as i fell asleep my dream was over and i woke up.

Never found out was this dream meant but it was always a repeating dream.

After a while i stopped having them. But it was so vivid and i can still remember everything about 15 years later.

Just last night I dreamt my family was on vacation somewhere near water, and we had to go up a big hill.  I was wondering how we were going to get up the hill when I remembered "Oh yeah, we're birds. We can fly". Later my brother became a fish to get something out of the water and I was going to but then I decided not to. By the end we were human again.

I have a lot of flying dreams.

3 nights ago I got into an argument with Quincy Jones. I forgot why. LOL The night before last, I had a nightmare that I was getting off the bus to go home & turned out to be @ my grandma's old house she was living in before she died. In that dream, I told the bus driver to wait because there was someone in a wheelchair struggling to hurry to get on the bus before she missed it. Then, this ghetto chick came out of NOWHERE & started threatening me & wanting to fight me. We got into it. Then, I found myself approaching my grandma's door, & my friend said, "OMFG! Candy, turn around, NOW! Look back!" & she panicked & started crying. I turned around, & it was someone who was about to stab me in the back like they did in the SCREAM movies (I haven't watched a scary movie in MONTHS, & I hardly watch TV). & I woke up in real life, screaming! I was hoping the neighbors didn't hear. Then last night, I had a nightmare about getting into an argument with the R&B singer Aaliyah's brother Rashad. Aaliyah is the singer who died in the plane crash on me & my twin sister's b-day. Aug. 25 back in 2001. I turned 18. I have a photo of her & her brother Rashad on my computer desktop as the desktop theme.

A short while after my dad died (I was 8) I started to have these REALLY SCARY dreams where creepy men would break into our house and come looking for us or chase us around the house while we tried to get out or survive. Usually in these dreams I try to run but don't move anywhere--just frozen in terror as they get closer.

One of these types of dreams stuck out for me in particular. It was one man in all black who was chasing me around the house, and in this one I ran like h**l! I made it out through the front door (never usually happens) and I kept on running down the driveway towards the street as fast as I could. There were two trashcans in my way, and I stopped at about that point and looked back only to see that the man chasing me was actually my dad. Turns out he just wanted to say goodbye. Then he was gone and I woke up crying. I felt really bad that I had run away from him. And it was still scary even though the ending was somewhat comforting (he left peacefully and I survived).

i had a dream in grade one about this gunderwater volcano and me, my friend, and my sister, we were all underwater and we swam to the top and turned into flamingos and flew home.

(i'm just finnishing up grade 10 now)

i dunno, i tend to dream about things thats happening in my life, but it gets all distorted in the dream...

like in grade one i remember watching a cary movie about volcanos and thats probably where the dream came from.

the dream i recently had was about these two older guys at my school and i was eating breakfast with them or something. and in real life i've been seeing them around a lot lately.

none of my dreams have actually come true, most on them are pretty bizzare.
