Temazapam or Ambien..?

What is the more effective sleeping medication?

30 mg Temazepam or 12.5 mg Ambien

If you are taking these for insomnia, Ambien, along with Seroquel, is the better choice.  I've taken them both, and have less daytime sleepiness with the combo.  Please make sure you are only using medications prescribed to YOU by a DOCTOR.  Benzodiazepines are nothing to mess around with!

Valerian is noted to be a good natural relaxant.

You should go with Ambien becase lower dosages are safer and morr helpful. They both work the same.
