Question:

Temple University hard to get into?

I was hoping to go there next year, but I don't have that great of a gpa. I'm also an out of state student, if that helps any.

  1. In recent years Temple University has become much more selective in its Admissions. I believe that it's safe to assume that if your GPA is lower that a 2.5 that you're treading on dangerous ground. If I were you I would become heavily involved with different school activities, it adds extra interest to your application. I would also try to volunteer as much as possible. Make Sure, you're SAT scores are as high as possible; I highly recommend taken them at least three times and submitting your highest score; a high SAT score may compensate for a low GPA.  Being out of state may benefit you; but it's hard to say because Temple University has become Globally renown.
