Temprature of my ram.?

anyone know of any software i can download to get the temp reading of my ram. and north/southbridge

  1. The best one that I am aware of is speedfan. Note: It tells you the temperature of your motherboard and the cpu but RAM does not have a temperature monitor included in it.
