what are the lines on a tennis racquet string, like which are shown in many pictures advertising racquets, for?

Do you know how a Wilson racquet may have a 'W' on it or a prince a big 'P' on the strings? It's the same way, just for Babolat racquets.

That is usually a stencil the company puts on their their pre-strung racquets. Those two lines are Babolat's stencil.
