Texas law on judgements?

I had a judgement filed on me and went to court as I andwer roll call that I was there I was having a heart act and left and went to hosptil and was emitted. They got the judgement that was 4 yrs old and now a week later I found out about it what can I do now

  1. I'm not sure what your question is.  The simplest solution is of course to just pay the judgment.  If for some reason you want to contest the judgment, then you need to speak with an attorney.

    As a general matter, Texas judgments are good for 10 years and are renewable after that.
