Texas teaching licence

Question

I have a B.A in foreign languages from a university in France.

How do I get a Texas teaching licence? my husband and I are moving down there.

You'll need to contact the Texas State Board of Education (SBEC) to arrange for your professional develop and core area certification tests. Also you should check to see if they accept the acceditation for your BA.  You most like will have to go through an alternative certification program (iif you want to start teaching right away) or attend education classes at the university.  SBEC will let you know what your requirements are.
