Text messaging on LG KF700 phone?

how do you bring up the text keypad on the phones screen to write a text message instead of using the keypad buttons instead?

i hate LG phones, they are a nightmare, had one on an 18 month contract and had nothing but trouble with it, grrrr

Its esyer to Wright on the key pad 1 click for the first letter 2 clicks for the secand letter 3 clicks for the 3rd  number in moast cases 4 for the number and 5 for serton numbers to click for a number. be quick though
