can you explain what it means

"ewww what's that white stuff???"

then some idiot will bound to say "THATS WHAT SHE SAID!!!!!"

its stupid...

another example is like "Hit it again!!!"

"thats what she said...OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Some kids in my school say it all the time for example if someone says ah it wont fit then some body will say that's what she said...it is said when some thing can be referred to in a sexual way. Hope that helps you.
