How good do you think detroits new goalie that they picked up will be and how do you think the detroit did in the draft

he looks decent but goalies take a long time to develop.  Best case scenario is you will see him in 3 yrs at the NHL level- could take 5.

So as to how well they did in the draft, we will see in 3-5 years.  They drafted no one with a shot of stepping in right away but with the Wings history of finding gems in the late rounds they may have found something.  Drafts can really only be evaluated 5-6 years in.  Some guys develop quicker than others, some hit a wall and some come out of nowhere.
