The Pill. Side Effects?

yeah so im thinking of goin on the pill but what are the pros and cons of the pill?

Negative side effects:

-bleeding between periods

-weight gain

-nausea

-breast tenderness

-headaches

-mood changes

-blood clots

The positive side:

-lighter periods

-milder menstrual cramps

-improved acne

-protection against certains types of breast disease,

ovarian cysts, anemia, and uterine cancer.

SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS....(quite rare though)

# deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or clotting

# heart attacks

# strokes.

it really depends on the person,i was first put on microgynon!(cheapest pill they make) it was h**l,i had itchy legs(wierd i know) and i just assumed id been biten,but the more i took the pills,the more i itched,after stopping the pills it stopped,i also experianced mood swings(id cry when bf went to work i was so emotional) i was bitchy and they didnt really help my periods much!

i then went on marvelon,which was great,no side effects atall!

and it made my periods lighter and shorter!!!
