Did anyone just watch Norm McDonald tank on his jokes, i did not think they were one bit funny, and it seems the crowd did not either. Was it just part of his act?, or did he just really suck?

I've found that the humor in Norm McDonald nowadays is how completely clueless and permafried he is. It doesn't matter how well he tells his jokes or whether he can even make eye contact with anyone. Just look at the guy. Out-of-it is almost funny. Almost.

Norm MacDonald is funny because he is not funny.

Although the one comment that was made about it being compared to Henry Fonda picking blueberries was killer. As was his response.

Norm is GREAT, remember when he got in So much trouble for being too cercerebral SNL, and then when he was basically fired because someone didn't get it, well that is what is it all about.

He was doing the corney jokes as a statement, he is totally funny.

Norms bombing was genuis. He did it on purpose, and everyone began realizing it too. Norm actually got some of the biggest laughs of the night, and deservedly so.

everyone is saying that its part of his act but it really doesnt seem like it.....he would have to be a really good actor to pull that off

he looked out of it and the crowd didnt get it and you could tell someone else wrote the jokes
