The Russian "Mob" - where?

Question

I've heard of both Italian and Russian "gangsters" being present in North America, but where? Montreal? Are they visible? How does one get in contact with them? Obviously not a good idea, and I won't, I'm just interested in the subject of organized crime for some reason.

I know many people say that there isn't a Russian mob, but let's say Eastern European organized crime in general - I've heard of the triad on the West coast, and the Italian Mob in Montreal, but little to nothing has really been publicized about the "Russian Mob" in Canada to my knowledge.
