The Scary Dream I had?

Late at night a man wearing all black was standing on my porch, outside my house, just in front of the door. He looked very scary and it was impossible to see his face. He said nothing, and didn''t move. I was too scared to open the door to say anything to him.

Does anybody know what this means?

Not sure..Maybe you're a little bit scared of strangers? Or maybe it doesn't mean anything at all.

I think you are afraid of a new person in your life but you are unsure who this person really is on the inside. You might not wanna open up to them because you are unsure about them. That might symbolize you not opening the door.

That man may have represented part of yourself, rather than being someone else.  A stranger in your dreams could symbolize part of you that is hidden away or emotions that you've repressed, especially if you couldn't see his face.  Or he could represent a particular problem or person in your life right now.  You may have been too afraid to answer the door because you didn't want to face these emotions or this person.  I had a recurring nightmare once that the grim reaper kept chasing me.  I had been having issues with my mother for years, and when I eventually made up with her, the nightmares stopped.  You could be experiencing something similar, but then again dream interpretation varies widely depending on who you ask.  You ultimately  know yourself better than anyone else.  Just remember that nothing in a dream can hurt you!
