The Sociology of Pride?

Pride has two routes: good pride and bad pride.

There is the pride of accomplishment and personal success.

Then there is another pride that makes some people think that they are better than everyone else.

Are you proud? If so, which pride do you possess?

It is not pride in ones self that makes some people think that they are better than everyone else,  that is arrogance.

Answer 2

Yes, proud to have accomplished, and believe it's the sole source of genuine pride; that other sources are inferior.
