    * 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

    * 1/2 cup peanut butter

    * 1/4 cup butter or margarine

    * 1 teaspoon vanilla

Healthy recipe for shredded wheat:

I enjoy cereal any time and it's all good.  But, I generally buy Fiber One, Quaker Oatmeal squares and Muesli.  Their not too sweet and taste perfect to me.

Cereal is my favorite food, but I usually stick with less sweet brands. My favorites are Fiber One, Whole Grain Total, Corn Flakes, and Cascadian Farms Multigrain Squares.
