There is a tapas restaurant in Whittier called Phlight. The paella is very good there.  Also, there is Viva Madrid in Claremont. It's fairly small and it's best to arrive early.

i have tried the one at cafe sevilla in riverside, their is also one in long beach. the price i cant remember. it had shrimp, chicken, mussels, clams....its yummy.

The best place I know that severs the best autenticas paellas is Spain Restaurant on 1866 Glendale Blvd Los Angeles 323-677-9045.  You may want to call to get their hours of operation, its been awhile since visiting there. Also try their tortillas as well.  God bless.
