The blade of my marrow

Question

The blade of my marrow elna 925 does cut any of the fabric. I do notice the spring on the blade doesn't spring back to the normal position and has a little gap. How would I get the spring position back to normal so that it will cut the fabric as I sew. Please advise in your earliest convenient! Many Thanks!
