Can someone help me? The riddle is 29-12-07 and I don't know what to do!!!! HELP!

I don't know if this is exactly what it is but, in Britain and some other countries, the date is written differently than in the USA. 29-12-07 would be December 29th, 2007. I really hope this helps a tad =]

There is the time turner that says 29-12-07 on it.  Click the handle on the turner then click the hour glass it should take you back to 26-08-08
