The electricity in the apt

Question

The electricity in the apt attached to my house lost power in two of the walls. It happened when the cleaning ladies I think were using a vacuum, they don't speak english very well so I'm not sure. I have looked at the circuit breaker a # of times and nothing seems to have been tripped. I have also inspected the outlets and they seem to be fine. Can you help me?
