The glass on my iphone

the glass on my iphone is broken. I purchased new glass and new lcd which I found out I did not need, thought I could change out myself but more complicated then I thought. Can you guys fix if I send you all the parts, oh yeah when I tried to fix it I inadvertently broke the back little black cover
