The natural body scrub or exfoliator?

Question

i read somewhere to mix equal proportions of salt and sugar and use in the bath. I wonder will that exfoliate the dead cells from the body? Anyone knows hat exactly will this mixture do?

yes it can exfoliate the dead cells from the body , scrub it and make it very soft

but I recommend to add olive oil and lemon juice

it will be more effective
