lol old gregg is an episode of the mighty boosh on season 2. If you enjoy that you should enjoy the rest of the series.

The mighty boosh has two main actors: Julian Barrett (who plays howard and an assortment of other characters which pop up in episodes) and Noel Fielding who plays Vince, Old Gregg and a tonne of other characters.
