The outside panels of my door

are fadeed and i want to paint them they have one s***w in the i take it out but they dont budge the things are right next to the window and i have a 99 cavalier

roll the window down and pull the weatherstripping away from the door, there should be some phillips screws or rivets holding that piece on

  He wants to paint the black plastic trim piece that's running vertical on the door. See where it's peeling. The black piece on the outer edge of the door.

  You did try to remove that with the window down right.
