In this picture it looks like it but I think that it may just be the angle of the shot because Ive followed the rocks career in and out of the ring and I never remember seeing him this big! But you never know. A lot of the people that you wouldn't expect to use drugs more specifically steroids do so you never know. Don't judge a book by its cover.
