The running of the bulls?

Question

While there are other cities in Spain that does the public running of the bulls, the most famous is the one at Pamplona.

Anyone going ? If so, as a spectator or as a runner? If as a runner, would you like to say why?

I'm actually from Pamplona, and unfortunatelly I'm not going to the San Fermin festival this year, but it's great! It's a lot fun: music in the streets 24 hours a day, the "corrida", the "encierro", concerts, fireworks, crazy foreigners everywhere...

I have never run in the "encierro", it's too dangerous and you have to be well -prepared and trained to run, but I love watching it. It's very exciting.

it is just another sport called extreme sports.  I don't run very fast so I wouldn't try it.
