Should still be 16, I think. You can have a baby but you can't drink smoke or vote. I find that weird. Either that or they should raise the age that people can have s*x to 18. It makes no sense.

pure tobacco not manipulated by companys should be like 10. but the stuff like marlboros and parliments should be banned because it is all chemicals. also marijuana should be legal and be like 13.

18 is fine. However, I disagree that the taxes on cigarettes are so low......

i think it should be NEVER in life.  It takes innocent lives. Thats just my opinion and dont be offended if u are a smoker
