The truth about energy drinks please?

so i mainly drink 3 kinds of energy drinks.

not like 10 a day or anything but like maybe 2 a week.

is this okay?

the three i drinks are..

1. monster

2. rockstar

3. red bull

please someone try to tell me the truth!! lol

  1. 2 a week is quite moderate.

    you'll be fine.

    i drink 6 cups of drip-coffee a day lol.


  2. 2 a week isn't too bad, the truth about them is they have caffine. and the caffine raises your heart rate, and thats not too good. but just drink them in moderation and it's not harmful

  3. Most energy drinks are bad for you because of all the sugar.  Try something natural and sugar free like XS.  It gives you energy through b vitamins, actually tastes good, and won't result in a crash.

    definitly try Naked juices they really give you energy because its all fruits and vegies and no perservatives...and it is  surprisingly tasty!!!
