Theme park birthday?

Question

I'm going to be 15 on June 17th, and I want to take a few of my friends to a theme park. Which one should I go to? I think Alton Towers is probably the best, but are there any others which are better or have more rollercoasters?

Or is there any 'thrilling' attraction near London that I should do instead?
