Theory test!?

Question

i am taking my theory car test week and i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on remembering things. For example i cant remember stopping distances, was wondering if there was any way of working this out?

Also could someone please tell me the order the coloured lights go on a motorway? i mean when its dark the lights between the lanes.
