There is a bully....?

There is this guy named lets say James.. and 2 years ago he passed notes about me saying how i was "stupid" "ugly" and things like that and this year i hang out w/him we play basketball,soccer etc. But when he is with his other friends he acts like a jerk one time i was walking with him and his "buddy" and he told me "you have to walk 7 feet behind us so you don't look like your walking with us" i ditched them and i want to embarrass him and or tell him how much of a jerk he is but... how should i say it? this has been going on for WAY too long! please help!

cal the police and tell them he threatens you., they will arrest him and ask questions later., if this is too much then go down on him and just embrace it.

Sounds like the classic Danny and Sandy scenario from "Grease" the movie (1978), where the guy can be nice, but acts like a jerk whenever he's around his friends. He's just insecure. Ignore him. Do not react to his ugliness. The more you react to his rudeness the more of your energy you give away to him. Don't buy into his game. He's just really immature.

I think the best solution is to avoid him. I would just ignore him as much as you can. Someone who says your "stupid, ugly, etc", isn't someone you should hang out with. I had bullies in middle school, and they never would say sorry, or change their minds about how they were being.

Bullies feed off of other peoples' pain, because something isn't going write in their life. Maybe they're having problems at home, and they need to take it out on someone else. A good way to avoid a bully is to ignore them as much as possible. I had bullies that I didn't ignore, and they kept bothering me.
