Theres something wrong with my kitten

Ok hes four mouth old

he went outside i got him nd there was blood on his nose and he was sneezing alot everytime i clean the blood off blood will come back.does anyone know wat wrong with him nd wat i can do

How much blood? If it's just a couple of dots on a kleenex it'll be ok.  If it's enough to fill a teaspoon it's a vet visit. I bet it's not that serious though and cats heal so quickly that you'll probably be surprised.

Probaly has had a fight with another cat. Take him to the vet to make sure he is not hurt seriously.

The very best thing you can do is get off the computer and get on the phone and call your vet.  Try to see your vet as soon as possible.  While you are at the vet's, set up an appointment to have your little boy neutered.

If the blood is "on" his nose and not coming from his nose he probably just got a scratch from another cat or thorn.  If it is large amounts of blood I would be concerned and get him medical treatment.   But if it is just a little wait a bit to see if it stops.

Your cat may have suffered an injury. He may have run into a moving car that grazed his face. He needs to see a vet now as bleeds through the nose or ears can indicate brain injury, ( bleeding from the brain).

he could of gotten into something poisonious or got into a fight with another animal.  if it doesn't stop them i would take him to see a vet
